How do I schedule an appointment?
Access our webpage via the College’s intranet and proceed to the section titled ‘more’. From there, you will be able to book an appointment.
Can I choose my tutor?
Yes, you can; as long as they are available in the time frame.
How long are tutoring sessions?
Sessions are available in 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes slots.
Can I schedule a face to face appointment?
If you need to schedule a face to face appointment, you must speak with the tutor and an arrangement can be made for a face to face consultation.
Can my tutoring session be extended beyond the designated time slots?
Ask your tutor if they are able to facilitate you beyond the stipulated time for sessions.
Can I submit a paper for feedback purposes only?
If you need to submit a paper for review, you can upload your essay via our portal.
How do I become a student tutor?
If you are interested in joining our team, speak your language lecturer for further details.
Can I make suggestions for improvement of the online language lab?
